EASY was born from ProLASER's experience gained in the field of industrial LASER welding, specifically in chain production, where perfect stability even at high speed, high power and total reliability are essential characteristics to be successful in a field where machines are brought to the limit, without compromise.

Design, Ergonomics and Comfort.

The design of EASY, with its angular shapes, is the result of a long collaboration with an important industrial design studio. In addition to the extremely attractive design, EASY is developed paying great attention to aspects such as Comfort and Ergonomics.

Interface

Intuitive interface and parameter management

The user interface is designed to show, at first glance, all the essential information such as working parameters and machine status. Furthermore, a deep submenu allows dynamic control of the system and its settings. All working parameters can be set and managed via Touch-Screen or, alternatively, via the Joystick located inside the welding chamber. The LASER welding phases can be followed through the LEICA microscope which, guaranteeing a clear and restful vision, facilitates the carrying out of all activities.

10" HD display and integrated camera

EASY is equipped with a large 10" Full-HD LCD touch-screen display which allows you to read and set the parameters in total comfort. Furthermore, each EASY is equipped with the so-called “EMBEDDED CAMERA SYSTEM”. The images captured by the integrated HD Video Camera are displayed on the 10" LCD without any delay, and at the same time allow you to interact with the Work Parameters. The ZOOM function allows a digital magnification of images of 15x, 20x and 40x. Finally, the RECORD function allows you to record and playback work sessions, saving the files on an external USB.

HDMI, USB and WiFi connectivity

EASY is equipped with a series of ports that allow you to connect and interconnect the LASER welder within the workspace. For example, you can connect an external monitor via HDMI, or connect EASY to the company network via WiFi (Industry 4.0), or connect a USB key to extract the videos recorded with the "EMBEDDED CAMERA SYSTEM."

Power

Power 150J

EASY-1, with its 150 Joules of maximum power, allows you to work all the most common metals including Steel, Titanium, 18kt Gold, etc. and this makes it suitable for applications in jewelery and dental technology. Its characteristics make EASY-1 the perfect machine for a goldsmith laboratory or a dental/orthodontic practice.

Power 180J

The 180J of power of EASY-2 guarantees maximum operational flexibility, allowing you to work even the most reflective metals, first of all Silver, as well as Platinum and high-carat gold alloys such as 22kt and 23kt Gold. EASY-2 is certainly the most suitable model for the goldsmith industry.

Power 200J

Thanks to a superior quality LASER beam and approximately 200J of maximum power, EASY-3 allows you to weld any metal making this model the perfect solution for all needs. EASY-3 is available in the “S” version which, thanks to its enhanced electronics, allows you to tackle tasks that always require extreme power.

Lynx EVO | Comfortable and High Resolution 3D Vision

Technology evolves rapidly and today it is not difficult to find an alternative to the good old Stereo Microscope which, for years, was the only option. Lynx EVO is an advanced microscope capable of offering extraordinary high resolution 3D vision, without the use of eyepieces. Available on EASY, Lynx EVO is the excellent alternative to the LEICA Stereo-Microscope supplied as standard.

ERGONOMICS AND COMFORT

Large welding chamber

The EASY welding chamber, which can be accessed via the large 18cm front opening, is deep and spacious. It can contain the tools that are usually used, or even a storage tray. The bottom of the welding chamber is removable and allows access with bulky objects, as well as allowing you to collect and remove precious metal residues. The suction fan ensures the removal of fumes generated by the welding phases.

Comfortable armrest cushions

The boggiabraccia cushions are made of soft sponge and, with a thickness of 7.5cm, allow any operator to immediately find the best working position. They provide a solid and comfortable support, allowing stability during the welding phases.

A better working position reduces muscle and shoulder strain, facilitates concentration and makes work less tiring. With 49 centimeters between the elbow and eye line, EASY offers the operator a comfortable and relaxed working position. The 38° inclination of the Stereo-Microscope is such as to allow the operator's neck to withstand longer sessions thanks to a more comfortable working position.

Led illumination

With a view to improving working comfort, the Welding Chamber Lighting System also plays a key role in avoiding eye tiredness. EASY is equipped with a LED lighting system that emits warm light with adjustable intensity, without flickering and without reflections.

Double Cooling System

EASY can support work sessions 24h/7d, in any environment, at any temperature, without interruptions.

Refined design

The design of EASY, with its angular shapes, is the result of a long collaboration with an important Industrial Design studio. The search for the right compromise between form and functionality – size and performance – took time but, given the result, it was worth it. EASY is a work tool that is often used in industrial environments where performance comes before aesthetics. Our attempt is to give relevance to the aesthetic aspect, even when it doesn't matter.
